Star Wars

"The force is strong with this one"

The exams season is about to come to an end for me and with only one unit left, I decided to reward myself by going to the Star Wars Exhibition! I've been wanting to go to the exhibition since I first heard of it in July but I never got the chance to do so and no one was interested.

Which is quite shocking, considering Star Wars' impact on pop culture and of course, the movie industry. I have watched all the Star Wars movies but I haven't watched any of them in a long time so I plan to have a marathon soon.

Exam talk: Performance is starting to be bitchier than expected. So much to read and so little time left. Grr. Arrgh. Unngh. And bitches continue to haunt me. I just hate deceit and selfishness and not to mention ungratefulness.

(PLEASE CLICK READ MORE, THANK YOU)

The day started out with us having the free Slurpees from 7-11's Free Slurpee Day giveaway

The exterior of the building had Darth Vader's face printed on it, which I think is extremely cool.

Feli and I practically went berserk when we saw R2-D2 running around with two Sith Lords with LIGHT SABRES!!!

I also got the chance to take a picture with two bounty hunters

And here are some of the supposed actual props and costumes used in the filming of Star Wars:

Luke Skywalker's desert vehicle from the first movie

Feli's favourite: Chewbacca. She was in awe of this because she didn't know that the replica would be so tall and she was also excited to see his cousins.

And of course, the best of them all, R2-D2!!

Mwahahahaha!! This is so true. But the Yoda comments are not. In fact, the comments are uncool.

My current favourite item: my Star Wars grocery bag!!! The cashier at Coles was quite shocked to see this yesterday. lol.

Our weights revealed. Damn, I'm heavy.

The exhibition was actually slightly small but it satisfied my Star Wars needs and I was really glad that they extended the exhibition by a week, making it possible for me and Feli to go. The only perk I've had for quite a long time.

But nonetheless, 5 more days of studying before all hell's let loose. Clubs and embarrassment, here I come.

May the Force be with all of you in the exam hall!
